Refund Policy

Credit purchases are one-time payments with no automatic renewal, so there is no monthly plan to cancel or future renewal to stop.

Before paying, review the credit amount, account region, currency, and final total shown by Stripe Checkout.

Purchased credits can only be used for image and video generation inside HEIBA AI Studio. They are not transferable, withdrawable, or redeemable for cash.

New credits remain valid for three calendar months after payment. A new purchase extends all remaining credits that are still valid at that time to three months after the new payment; expired credits are not restored.

Duplicate charges, clear billing errors, unauthorized charges, or platform failures that prevent reasonable service use are prioritized for refunds.

Contact us within 7 days of the charge and include your account email, Stripe receipt, or payment time.

Used credits, subjective dissatisfaction with generated outputs, or user mistakes are generally not refundable unless required by law or separately approved by us.

When a purchase is refunded, we revoke its unused credits and may reverse the validity extension created by that purchase. If credits were already used, the refund may be reduced or denied.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Banks and card networks may take additional time to post the refund.

Please contact the support email before filing a dispute. Chargebacks may cause the account to be suspended until the dispute is resolved.
