HEIBA AI Studio provides AI image and video generation with project workspaces. Results can vary based on models, providers, source assets, and system load.

You are responsible for your prompts, uploaded assets, output content, and whether the output is appropriate for your use case.

You must protect your account credentials and must not share accounts or bypass access controls.

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access for abuse, fraud, illegal content, system attacks, or attempts to avoid billing.

HEIBA AI Studio only offers one-time credit purchases. There is no monthly fee or automatic renewal. Purchases start at 500 credits and increase in 100-credit increments; checkout currency and unit price are determined by the account region and the active price version shown before payment.

New credits remain valid for three calendar months after payment. Each new purchase extends all remaining credits that are still valid at that time to three months after the new payment. Expired credits are not restored.

Credits can only be used for image and video generation inside HEIBA AI Studio. They cannot be withdrawn, transferred, redeemed for cash, or treated as cash value.

Credit costs can change by image or video model, resolution, and duration. The amount shown before generation and the server-side price snapshot determine the debit.

Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy, with priority for duplicate charges, billing errors, and service failures.

Refunding a credit purchase revokes unused credits from that order and may reverse the validity extension created by the purchase. Refunds for credits already used depend on applicable law and the Refund Policy.

The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee that outputs will be accurate, commercially suitable, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose.

You may not use the service to create or distribute illegal, infringing, fraudulent, malicious, exploitative, hateful, harassing, or otherwise unsafe content.
