This policy explains subscription cancellation, refund eligibility, credit expiration, and support contact details.

You can cancel your subscription in the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation stops future renewals.
Unless the page or Stripe Portal states immediate termination, cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Subscription credits are granted each billing period and can only be used for image and video generation inside HEIBA AI Studio.
Unused credits expire at the end of the billing period. They do not roll over, are not transferable, are not withdrawable, and have no cash value.
Credit pack credits expire 3 months after payment. They are frozen and unavailable while membership is inactive, but their expiration date is not extended.
Duplicate charges, clear billing errors, unauthorized charges, or platform failures that prevent reasonable service use are prioritized for refunds.
Contact us within 7 days of the charge and include your account email, Stripe receipt, or payment time.
Paid subscription periods that were activated and available for use are generally not prorated or refunded.
Used credits, partially used credit packs, subjective dissatisfaction with generated outputs, user mistakes, or failure to cancel before renewal are generally not refundable unless required by law or separately approved by us.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Banks and card networks may take additional time to post the refund.
Please contact the support email before filing a dispute. Chargebacks may cause the account to be suspended until the dispute is resolved.
