HEIBA AI Studio provides AI image and video generation with project workspaces. Results can vary based on models, providers, source assets, and system load.

You are responsible for your prompts, uploaded assets, output content, and whether the output is appropriate for your use case.

You must protect your account credentials and must not share accounts or bypass access controls.

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access for abuse, fraud, illegal content, system attacks, or attempts to avoid billing.

Plus, Pro, and Max are monthly subscriptions billed by Stripe and renew automatically until canceled.

Membership credits are granted each billing period for image and video generation. Unused membership credits expire at the end of the current billing period, do not roll over, are not transferable, and have no cash value.

Active paid members can purchase one or more 1,000-credit packs. Pack credits expire 3 months after payment; they are frozen while membership is inactive, and the expiration date is not extended.

You can manage payment methods, view invoices, change plans, or cancel subscriptions through the Stripe Customer Portal.

Canceling stops future renewals. Paid billing periods are generally not prorated or refunded except as described in the Refund Policy, for billing errors, or where required by law.

Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy, with priority for duplicate charges, billing errors, and service failures.

The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee that outputs will be accurate, commercially suitable, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose.

You may not use the service to create or distribute illegal, infringing, fraudulent, malicious, exploitative, hateful, harassing, or otherwise unsafe content.
